You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Stolen/Lost Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, if tracking indicates the package was delivered, we will not reship or refund orders that have been lost or stolen.

Please contact your mail carrier and have your tracking number ready to provide to them.

Insufficient Address
If your order is returned due to insufficient address or typos, you will be responsible for paying the fee to reship. A refund will not be granted.

Damaged Items
When your package arrives, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please send an email including your Order # and pictures tomamacitahairproducts@gmail.com. We reply to emails within 24-48 business hours.

PLEASE NOTE ALL ORDERS SHIPS EVERY FRIDAYS AND SATURDAYS. FOR EXPRESS ORDERS PLS EMAIL FOR EXPEDITE.

Please note: Order processing time does not include time the package is on the road to the destination. Once shipped, the package will be in transit the amount of days of the service selected at checkout.
