How long does it take to receive my order?

Your delivery time has two parts:

1. Processing Time

• This is the time we need to prepare, package, and ship your order.

2. Shipping Time

• 3–7 working days
  
• 98% of customers receive their order within 15 days.
  

You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.

Do you offer refunds?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Do you allow exchanges?

Yes. We offer exchanges only within 14 days of delivery

What are the exchange requirements?

• The item must be unused.
  
• The item must be in its original packaging.
  
• The product must not be opened, worn, or altered.
  

Customers are responsible for all return and reshipping costs. Clearance and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange
